Weighted Compression Vest - X-Small

Provides calming and steady proprioceptive input through compression, allowing increased focus. The all-around pressure and side weights function as a reassuring deep “hug” that can be worn as needed. This Weighted Compression Vest is perfect for children and adults on the autism spectrum, with sensory processing disorders, or hyperactivity. Made of neoprene, with soft mesh sides to increase air flow and overall comfort. Hook and loop closures on the sides allow for easy closure, convenient sizing, and quick removal. The vest includes two 1/2 lb. weights and four 1/4 lb. weights for a total of 2 lbs. The weights are safely positioned in pockets inside the vest and can be added or removed easily. Consult with your child’s occupational therapist to determine the proper weight and wearing intervals for your child. Machine washable in cold water. Remove weights before washing. Blue only.
