Building Fractions Activity Centre

Give students a concrete understanding of how to build fractions—with a hands-on center that makes difficult concepts easy to grasp! Our centre includes a tray with 250 labeled fraction pieces…plus 22 activity cards that prompt children to build a variety of fractions from halves to twelfths. Students simply combine fraction pieces to cover the shaded area of circles on the cards…then write corresponding fraction equations in the write & wipe space below. Children can even use the included answer key to check their work! Tray measures 11 1⁄2" x 12 1⁄8". Write & wipe markers sold separately.
